Getting a refund from BotLobbies.com depends heavily on whether you are talking about a new subscription or an automatic renewal.
The company’s Terms of Service currently state that subscription purchases are non-refundable, while a renewal charge can be refunded if BotLobbies is contacted within 48 hours of the transaction.
So before sending any request, determine exactly which type of payment appears on your statement.
Check the Transaction Immediately
If you have just noticed an automatic renewal, locate the payment receipt and write down the exact date and time.
You should also have the account email, subscription product, transaction reference and amount available.
A short refund window means there is little benefit in spending several days exchanging general questions with support before making it clear that you are requesting a qualifying renewal refund.
Cancel Future Renewal Too
BotLobbies subscriptions currently renew automatically until the customer cancels. The company says renewal can be disabled from the account dashboard and that cancelling allows access to continue through the end of the already-paid period.
If you no longer want the service, turn off future renewal separately.
Do not assume that requesting a refund automatically changes the subscription’s renewal status.
Write a Specific Request
If you are seeking a refund for a qualifying renewal, say so explicitly.
Include the transaction date and receipt. State that the payment was a renewal and that you are contacting the company within its published period.
If your actual issue is something else, such as duplicate billing or an unauthorised payment, explain that instead.
The best refund request is one that accurately reflects the transaction rather than trying to fit every problem into the same category.

Keep Everything
Save your receipt, your cancellation confirmation and the message showing when you first requested the refund.
If support refuses a renewal request that appears to have been submitted inside the stated 48-hour window, send one follow-up with the transaction timestamp and ask for the decision to be reviewed.
BotLobbies also states that it cannot guarantee any specific lobby or in-game outcome because matchmaking depends on factors outside its control.
That is worth remembering if your reason for leaving is simply that your lobbies were not consistently as easy as you hoped.
For genuinely unauthorised transactions or unresolved billing errors, your bank or payment provider may have a formal dispute process. Any information supplied should accurately describe the payment and the attempts you already made to resolve it with the merchant.
