We process account email, password hash, timezone, subscription identifiers, lobby checks, security logs and support messages. Uploaded screenshots are processed temporarily for OCR and are not intended for permanent storage.
Payments
Payment-card details are collected by Stripe. The site stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, statuses and billing-period dates.
Security and retention
IP addresses and user agents may be stored as keyed hashes for abuse prevention. Configure a retention schedule appropriate to your jurisdiction before launch.
Your rights
Add your legal entity, contact details, lawful bases, processors, data-retention periods and jurisdiction-specific rights before production launch.
