Legal entity and billing identity

LobbyKD is a brand of СБММОФФ ЕООД. Purchases are contracted and billed under СБММОФФ ЕООД through Stripe. The intended card-statement descriptor is LobbyKD, although banks/card networks may display it differently.

Cancellation

Customers can schedule cancellation through the account billing area. Unless access is suspended for fraud, dispute or another serious breach, subscription access ordinarily continues through the end of the already-paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically reverse charges already paid.

Withdrawal rights and immediate access

Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, LobbyKD asks you immediately before paid checkout to expressly request that the digital service begins straight away and to separately acknowledge the consequences for your withdrawal right. If the purchase is legally treated as a service contract, applicable law may provide that the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed after that express request and acknowledgement. If a purchase is legally treated as digital content supplied without a tangible medium, applicable law may provide that the withdrawal right is lost when performance begins after the required prior express consent and acknowledgement. LobbyKD records the wording/version/time and sends durable confirmation by email after checkout.

Where the law still permits withdrawal after requested performance has begun, you may be required, where legally applicable, to pay the proportionate amount for service supplied up to the time withdrawal is communicated. Nothing in this policy excludes a refund, remedy or other right that applicable law says cannot be waived.

Voluntary refund policy

Except where a mandatory legal right applies, charges are non-refundable after paid access, digital service performance, a Pro Plus upgrade or purchased lobby-credit delivery has begun. Unused time, changed personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with model-generated lobby data, a game update, inability to obtain a preferred matchmaking outcome, connectivity/device issues or a decision not to use the service do not by themselves create a voluntary refund entitlement.

Mandatory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital services, unauthorized payments, fraud, duplicate billing or other non-waivable remedies remain unaffected. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was incorrect.

Payment disputes

If you open a chargeback or other payment dispute, LobbyKD may immediately suspend related access and cancel the associated subscription while the payment is investigated. We may provide the payment provider, card issuer or other authorized party with relevant purchase consent, billing, account-access, service-usage and communication evidence for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal/payment claims.
