General LobbyKD
Which Call of Duty games does LobbyKD support?
LobbyKD currently supports lobby IDs from these Call of Duty titles:
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 7
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II
- Call of Duty: Vanguard
- Call of Duty: Warzone
- Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
- Call of Duty: WWII
Are the results official Call of Duty data?
No. The displayed K/D and difficulty are data generated via our Proprietary AI backtested statistical model and are not returned by Activision or an official Call of Duty API.
What happens when the same lobby ID is checked again?
The first stored result is loaded. Duplicate IDs are never regenerated with a different K/D.
Can I scan the ID with my phone?
Yes. On a supported mobile browser, choose Scan Screenshot to take a rear-camera photo or select an existing screenshot.
What happens when I cancel?
The cancellation is scheduled through Stripe and subscriber access remains available until the current paid period ends.
What happens after a payment dispute?
Access is suspended immediately and the associated subscription is cancelled while the account is reviewed.
Why did a lobby check fail?
LobbyKD shows a single Check failed message when a submitted lobby ID cannot be accepted. Detailed acceptance rules are not displayed.
Getting started
How do I check a lobby ID?
- Open Lobby Checker from the left menu.
- Enter the lobby ID shown by Call of Duty.
- Select the check button and wait for LobbyKD to finish.
- Your result page will show the Lobby K/D, difficulty badge and any available Lobby Sense information.
If the same lobby has already been checked, LobbyKD loads the original stored result instead of creating a different score.
How do I scan a lobby ID from a screenshot?
- Open Lobby Checker.
- Choose the screenshot scanning option.
- Take a photo or select a screenshot that clearly shows the lobby ID.
- Check the detected number, then continue with the lobby check.
The screenshot is processed temporarily for scanning and is deleted after processing.
What should I look at on a lobby result?
Start with the Lobby K/D and difficulty badge. Lower Lobby K/D values generally indicate an easier lobby and higher values indicate a tougher one. You can also review Lobby Sense when your plan includes it, then save or revisit the lobby later from History.
Lobby History & Saved Lobbies
How do I find an old lobby check?
- Open History.
- Use the score, badge or date filters if you have lots of results.
- Select the lobby you want to reopen.
Your history is designed to make it easy to compare recent checks without having to remember lobby IDs.
How do I save a lobby I want to find again?
Use the save option on an eligible lobby result or history entry. Saved lobbies appear under Saved Lobbies in the left menu so you can return to them quickly.
How do I rate how a lobby felt?
Open a lobby from your History and use the lobby-rating controls. Give the experience rating and, when available, enter the K/D level you felt the lobby played like. Your private feedback helps LobbyKD compare generated scores with member perception.
Statistics & K/D World Map
What does the Statistics page show me?
Statistics summarizes your own LobbyKD checking history. Use it to look for patterns across many checks rather than judging your experience from a single lobby.
How does the K/D World Map work?
The K/D World Map groups eligible community lobby data by region to show broader trends. Choose your normal lobby region in Account settings when prompted. You can also use the privacy controls in your account if you do not want eligible checks included in community statistics.
Leaderboard
How do I appear on the Leaderboard?
Open Account and make sure leaderboard participation is enabled. When your account meets the leaderboard requirements, your qualifying results can appear on the board. You can opt out again at any time.
Can I choose a custom Leaderboard name?
Yes, when your account has the required Pro Plus access. Open Account, find the Leaderboard name setting and enter the name you want to display. Standard Pro members will see the option locked with an upgrade link.
Lobby Sense
What is Lobby Sense?
Lobby Sense warns you when another eligible LobbyKD subscriber checked the same lobby within the recent detection window. It does not reveal who the other member is and it cannot guarantee that the person is still playing there.
What does a Lobby Sense alert mean?
If you see Another LobbyKD subscriber checked this lobby and may be present, another eligible member checked that same lobby recently. If you see No other LobbyKD players detected, LobbyKD did not find a qualifying recent overlap for that check.
Where can I review earlier Lobby Sense detections?
Open Lobby Sense for the dedicated detection list. When your plan includes the feature, Lobby Sense information is also shown with eligible lobby results and in Lobby History.
Plans, limits & Pro Plus
How many lobby checks are included with my plan?
Pro plans include 500 lobby checks every 30 days. Pro Plus plans include 650 lobby checks every 30 days, along with the additional Pro Plus features shown on the Subscription page. Your remaining allowance is displayed on the Dashboard and Lobby Checker.
How do I upgrade to Pro Plus?
- Open Subscription.
- Find the Pro Plus upgrade section.
- Review the extra features and recurring price change.
- Agree to the displayed terms and confirm the upgrade.
Always review the price shown on your own Subscription page before confirming.
What happens if I use all my included lobby checks?
LobbyKD will stop using the included allowance until it resets. You can open Purchase Credits to buy additional one-time checks. If your current plan is eligible, LobbyKD may also show an option to upgrade to Pro Plus.
Purchase Credits
What are lobby-check credits?
Credits are extra lobby checks purchased separately from your subscription. They are a one-time payment, do not renew automatically, can roll over between your normal 30-day allowance periods and remain available until their displayed expiry date.
How do I buy more lobby checks?
- Open Purchase Credits.
- Choose Bronze, Silver or Gold.
- Review the number of checks, price and expiry information.
- Complete the one-time Stripe payment.
The purchased balance is added to your account after the payment is confirmed.
Can I see which lobbies used my purchased credits?
Yes. Open Subscription and find the credit purchase. Select the purchased credit amount to open a dedicated history showing only the lobby checks that were charged against that exact credit pack.
Subscription & cancellation
Where do I manage my subscription?
Open Subscription from the left menu. This is where you can review your plan, included checks, upgrades, purchased credits, renewal information and cancellation options.
What happens if I choose to cancel?
LobbyKD first asks you to confirm that you want to cancel and explains what happens to your remaining paid time. You may be shown a retention offer. If you decline the offer and continue cancelling, cancellation is normally scheduled for the end of the current billing period and your remaining paid days are honoured.
Invites
How do I invite a friend?
Open Invites. You have two choices:
- Referral link: copy your personal link and share it anywhere you choose. Link clicks are tracked anonymously and do not use a slot; a slot is reserved only when a new member registers through the link.
- Email invite: enter up to three friend email addresses and LobbyKD sends the private invitation for you. Each email invite reserves a slot immediately.
Your referral link and email invitations share the same three total friend slots. Once a slot is reserved, the friend has 30 days to activate a paid subscription. If they do not, the unused referral expires and the slot comes back automatically. If they pay within 30 days, the slot becomes permanently used. Your identity stays private.
How do I know whether an invited friend subscribed?
The Invites page shows the status of each invitation. When a friend becomes a qualifying paying subscriber, you can see their email, the date and time, their purchased plan and whether that subscription is currently earning you an invite reward.
What happens to my invite reward if my friend cancels?
Your recurring invite reward applies only while the referred friend has a qualifying subscription that is set to renew. If they schedule cancellation, the related reward is removed. If they reverse that cancellation while still eligible, the reward can be restored automatically.
Account & privacy
Where do I change my account settings?
Open Account. From there you can manage supported profile, security, privacy, leaderboard and other account preferences. Save each setting after making a change.
Where can I see changes made on my account?
Open Account and then Activity Logs. The log shows useful account actions such as logins, settings changes, subscription changes, invite activity and credit purchases. For your privacy, IP addresses are not shown in the member log.
Streamer Overlay
What is the Streamer Overlay for?
The Streamer Overlay is for members who want LobbyKD information available in a stream-friendly view. Open the page, follow the on-screen setup instructions and use the generated overlay details only with your own streaming setup.
Affiliate tools
Why do I not see Affiliate Center or Promotional Materials?
Those menu items appear only when your account has the relevant affiliate access. If they are visible, use Affiliate Center for your affiliate information and Promotional Materials for approved assets.
Help & troubleshooting

Where do I contact LobbyKD if I still need help?
Open Support at the bottom of the subscriber menu. Describe the feature you were using and what happened. You do not need to provide technical information unless support asks for something specific.
Contact LobbyKD Support and tell us what you were trying to do. You do not need to know any technical terms.
